Order roses from http://www.rosesonline.co.uk
at the same time as hedges from http://www.hedgesonline.co.uk
and only pay once for postage.
i - The cost of postage and packing will be calculated when you place your
order, this will be detailed on your pro-forma invoice, sent to you before
any money is required.
ii - If you live outside the United Kingdom please contact us for more
information of the Mix and Match offer.
iii - The orders must be made by the same person to the same delivery address
and be made within 12 (twelve) hours of each other.
All terms on this page apply.
- Prices shown are for BARE ROOT roses. Orders for plants, for planting in
Autumn and Winter are accepted throughout the year. Lifting usually starts
in late October and customers are advised in rotation when their order is
ready. We can not guarantee when your order will be dispatched. If you require

("standards" include Standard Roses, Half Standard Roses, Quater
Standard Roses)
- Orders will be processed by Roses Online. You will be sent a pro-forma
invoice from our supplier.
- Bare Rooted Rose Guarantee - We will replace any rose purchased in the autumn which has not grown (shown leaf or bud) by the 1st June, provided we are satisfied that the rose was cared for in a proper way. No replacements or refunds can be given if loss is due to abnormal weather conditions, bad planting, lack of maintenance, neglect, planting in old rose beds and any other conditions beyond our control. In the event of a refund or replacement you will need to send us either the plant or a photograph (at cost to the customer).
- All descriptions, colours and heights described in our catalogue are as accurate as possible. We believe all goods grown and sold by us to be of the description and kinds specified at the time of the sale, but give no warrant, expressed or implied as to the growth or productiveness.
- All goods must be inspected on arrival and should there be any chance for complaint, please notify us within five working days of receipt.
- All prices are assumed correct at time of publication and all items are
assumed to be available at time of publication, however we reserve the right
to change information without notice. We will not process your order if the
items are not available or if prices have risen, and will let you know (via
the email address you give us), the current situation as soon as possible.
- By sending us an order, or placing an order, you agree that you have given
true and correct information about yourself and your method of payment and
that you have adequate funds to pay for the order.
- Consult your telephone operator for the most up to date call charges for
calling our National Rate Order Hotline and fax number and 0845 local rate
number before using them. Prices from mobile telephones or non British Telecom
lines may vary. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
- Comments sent to Roses Online become the property of Roses Online and may
be displayed on the RosesOnline website or any other website we manage. The
only personal information to be displayed - unless we are informed otherwise
- will be the sender's name, no other personal information will be displayed.
- We will not pass on any information given to us to any third party, but
you may be contacted occasionally by Roses Online and or our supplier, unless
you email us to
inform us otherwise.
- These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Roses Online in
its sole discretion at any time. Any such amendments will be posted to this
page and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for
such amendments.
- This site uses a cookie, (a small file, stored on your computer), to ensure
your order does not get mixed up with any other visitor. The cookie contains
no personal information. If your browser is not set up for cookies, you can

- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such
invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.
